Rates and Terms

Shorewalk Condo at Proposal Rock is available as a one-bedroom or two-bedroom rental. One-bedroom rental, with accommodations for up to 2, includes the primary bedroom with king bed, living room, decks, dining nook and kitchen. Two-bedroom rental is the entire condo with accommodations for up to 4 including the second bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bathroom. NO PETS.

Peak Season Rates - may 1 - september 30

One bedroom - $205*, Two bedroom - $225*

Off-Season Rates - October 1 - April 30

One bedroom - $165*, Two bedroom - $185*

*Add 11.5% for State of Oregon and Tillamook County lodging taxes, plus $20 for Tillamook County Public Safety License tax. Also include a one-time, nonrefundable, $115 cleaning fee for one-bedroom rental and $130 cleaning fee for two-bedroom rental.  There is no booking fee.

Advance deposit of 50% required within 14 days to confirm your reservation.

  • Balance due before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of $75 within 72 hours of reservation.
  • Two nights minimum.
